We wanted a different experience than traditional hotels so we booked the Hines. It was really great. Heidi was super accommodating and kind-made us feel right at home. The room was so interesting and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

This was the best bed ever. It was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Nicely decorated. They don’t bring breakfast to your room anymore but they do have a food area with lots of choices anytime you want some. The price was amazing Usually you pay double the amount for this type of accommodations. We will stay there again

Wow, a half block away from the Provo City Center Temple, gorgeous historic settings, and wonderful staff.. It does not get any better than this! Our stay in the Hines Mansion did not disappoint. Thank you, Megan and Heidi! Until next time.

Loved our stay at The Library in the Hines Mansion. It was very cozy and I loved the curated section of old books on the shelf that doubled as a secret door to the bathroom. Just be aware that this room (and perhaps others) has a bath instead of a shower so cleaning yourself requires a little more effort. There's also carpet where the bath is which is an interesting choice. Otherwise, no complaints and we loved the little things like the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies when we checked in and the kitchen with a cereal bar and continental breakfast.

We celebrated our 15 yr wedding anniversary and wanted something unique but that did t break the bank. We found Hines mansion and just loved it. Great location, great room, and great service. The breakfast options were very nice and it was fun to see all the classy decor. We got to spend some time in the mountains and our room was perfect to come back to and relax and unwind and the tub was sweet.

I took my new wife there for our wedding night. Despite us checking in late, we had no trouble getting into the hotel with the communication they gave me beforehand. We stayed in the Eagle's nest room. The key was waiting along with a lovely room, the double tub was so relaxing after such a long day, we already knew there were a lot of stairs and had no trouble going up them. We had a wonderful stay! There was food available for us at any hour in the kitchen, truly a wonderful experience. The only negative I would say was that the shower which we did not use because of the wonderful tub, was short in the bathroom. Thank you for helping make such an important night something special!
